Caveats
HIGH-VALUE FIND the previous pass missed. >150kW threshold excludes almost all shallow/GSHP schemes. Coordinate quality varies; status field is not always current. Northern Ireland coverage is UNVERIFIED: neither the gov.uk publication page nor its metadata states it. Check the extract's own region column before asserting NI coverage.
